How do I configure my Blackberry with my Blackberry Enterprise Service?

First the handheld will need to be wiped :-
- Go to Options
- Select Security Options
- Select General Settings
- Then on the phone handset press the Blackberry button (lots of white dots) and select “Wipe Handheld” from the menu, and follow the instructions (if asked to wipe any 3rd party applications please select No)
The handset will then reboot, and you will be taken through the Set Up wizard again – just follow instructions
When at the point of Email Set up :-
- Select “I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server”
- Select Next
- Say Yes to question regarding Enterprise Activation password
- Select Next
- Type in your Email address
Password – as confirmed
Activation Server address – leave blank
Then on the phone handset press the Blackberry button (lots of white dots) and select “Activate” from the menu
- It should start saying verifying and normally takes 5 to 10 minutes to update. If any problems please contact us.
