Details Security controls at our Datacentre

All our solutions are hosted at a highly secure Datacentre, which was built by the MOD as a command and control centre protecting people and technology from nuclear attack. The construction and security standards are what you might expect of such a purpose built fortress. It sits 30 metres beneath a perimeter fenced site totalling 18 acres. It has concrete walls 3 metres thick, steel doors weighing several tons and includes EMP and tempest shielding. Layered on top of this physical inaccessibility is a 24-hour watch with guard dogs, CCTV and a series of sophisticated access controls :-

Redundant air conditioning units to guarantee stable temperature and humidity @ N + 1

Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus installed and smoke detection system
Fire suppression system
24 hour video recording
Visual verification of all persons entering the data floor
Guardroom (fitted with bullet-proof glass)
Onsite security staff (ex-military & police)
Random patrols with guard dogs
Infrared cameras
Vehicular gate with control barrier
